Home Repair Program
in need of an affordable critical home repair?
Habitat for Humanity Lakeside Offers:
Affordable financing to homeowners in Sheboygan County who meet our program qualifications.
Homeowners benefit from an affordable home repair option and an improvement in their quality of life at home while the community benefits from the redevelopment of neighborhoods and the maintenance of housing stock.
Repair projects are made affordable by being completed by local contractors, trained Habitat construction staff and volunteers that work alongside homeowners.
Financing for repairs is made affordable by Habitat by providing a 5-year repayment term with 0% interest. Monthly repayment plans are based on each homeowner’s individual budget and overall affordability.
The focus for our repair program will be on critical interior and exterior repairs that are necessary to enhance the overall health, safety, and well-being of our clients. Code violations and ADA Accommodations are top priority.
