2022 Rock the Block Event Recap

Sheboygan's Gateway Neighborhood

Habitat Lakeside partnered with Sheboygan’s Gateway Neighborhood for Rock the Block 2022. This north-side neighborhood is home to five (soon six) Habitat homes. Habitat focused its time on nine home repair sites and three community service projects during three days. The event kicked off on Thursday, September 22 which coincided with United Way’s Day of Caring. Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25 brought the event to a close. More than 200 people volunteered 1300 hours in the three days to give fellow neighbors a hand up.
